The USA has invaded and occupied Canada. Radio Free Woodstock is a resistance pirate radio station run by a husband-and-wife team who use the pseudonyms Samuel Lount and Oksana X. There is a network of resistance broadcasters and a local parallel internet (part mesh network, part old analogue network) that operates outside of the control of the Occupation Forces of the USA.
